Welcome to Bellacristal.

My name is Jen and I create gorgeous handmade crystal suncatchers for my customers to enjoy. I started making crystal suncatchers about 10 years ago through my job at the time. I thoroughly enjoyed how creative the process was however stopped making them after a few years. In 2012 I located all my supplies in my spare room and decided to start up this little hobby again through Bellacristal.

At Bellacristal we have a variety of crystal designs to compliment any room with sparkling rainbow light.

Each of our designs are handmade to order which allows most of our designs to be available in a variety of colour crystals and beading combinations. We also offer a custom design service so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a specific idea in mind or would like to 'mix and match' any of our designs.

HOW TO ORDER:
Orders are accepted in any of the following ways;
- Comment under the picture you would like to order
- PM us with the details of your order
- Email us with the details of your order
All orders will be confirmed in writing with price and shipping before order is processed.

PAYMENT:
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, PayPal and credit card (via PayPal).
Payment is required within 48 hours of order completion. If you are unable to meet this requirement, please contact us immediately to make alternate arrangements. No orders will be shipped until payment is received in full.

POSTAGE:
Bellacristal will post to anywhere within Australia by Australia Post. Postage starts at $8.50 for a standard small padded satchel with tracking (applicable for most of our crystals). Postage will vary with the number of items and total weight of order.

Orders may also be collected from Malaga, Perth during business hours by arrangement.

RETURNS POLICY:
All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged by manufacturing defect. No refund will be given if you do not like the item or simply change your mind.

Items with manufacturing defects must be reported within the warranty period. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and have it shipped back to you as soon as possible. In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired and replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued for use on a personalised alternative.

No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with all original contents and accompanied with the invoice.

Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, will not be covered under warranty and further charges may apply.
